Digital Marketing Manager

Compensation: 

  • The role will start with a three month contract which will be tied to KPI targets.
  • Compensation based on experience: up to $5,000 per month.
  • Full time role to include salary plus equity package.

Location: Downtown San Francisco, CA
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week. 

The Candidate:

  • This is a startup opportunity. First and foremost, you must come in with an entrepreneurial, get-it-done attitude.  
  • 3-4 years of fashion or product focused e-commerce digital marketing experience.
  • A keen understanding of our e-commerce platform, Shopify.
  • Light front-end design and development skills.
  • Well versed in Google Analytics, AdWords, MailChimp and Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Strong familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and other online and social marketing platforms.
  • Versed in content creation and can interface with photography and videography resources.
  • Must be self-motivated and show a ton of initiative. A “Type A” personality, ready to put a plan in motion.

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with creative director / co-founder to implement weekly, monthly and quarterly merchandising plan.
  • Grow customer email database.
  • Increase site conversion rates.
  • Drive top of the funnel site traffic.
  • Drive direct to consumer sales. 
  • Produce weekly customer email campaigns. 
  • Work with design team to create merchandising programs and plans.

Apparel Design & Production Internship

Compensation: $20 p/h
Location: Downtown San Francisco, CA
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week. 

The Candidate:

  • Strong desire and passion in getting real world experience in apparel design and manufacturing. 
  • A basic understanding of garment production, project management and fashion design. 
  • Strong business mind with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience being self-motivated and organized
  • High level of comfort with computers, web, and inventory management (Google Apps, Shopify POS or similar, website management backend, Apple platforms)
  • Most importantly, someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude and is willing to pick up the phone and find solutions to everyday production challenges. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Production assistance.
  • Managing our materials library.
  • Issuing PO’s to our fabric and trim vendors.
  • Communicating with factories and vendors to insure on-time delivery dates.
  • Working in our project management tool (Asana) to calendarize production plans.

Part-Time Customer Service Associate

Compensation: $20 p/h

Location(s): Parker Dusseau, Garment District, Downtown San Francisco, CA

Position Type: Part-time; approximately 20 hours p/w

The Candidate:

  • 1-2 years working in similar customer service / fulfillment role in menswear industry, active apparel or fashion experience preferable
  • Strong business mind with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience being self-motivated and organized
  • Experience of basic ready-to-wear menswear measurements for suiting and shirting — is a plus.
  • High level of comfort with computers, web, and inventory management (Google Apps, Shopify POS or similar, website management backend, Apple platforms)
  • Disciplined, with a hands-on, cheerful and positive attitude of cost effective resourcefulness
  • Willingness to meet new people and interface with the public. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all customer service communication via email, IM and in rare instances, telephone.
  • Handle all fulfillment duties including new orders, exchanges and returns.
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services, maintaining inventories.
  • General office duties: opening the office, purchasing, organizing.
