Shipping & Returns
Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. You will receive an email once your order is shipped linking you to a tracking page showing you the status of your shipment. All orders originate out of San Francisco.
Note that Parker Dusseau is not liable for international deliveries sent by federal post. Before placing an international order, please make sure you include an apartment or suite number, if applicable, on your package and that your destination address is secure.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want to make sure your garment fits and that you are satisfied. We will gladly replace ill fitting, defective or damaged items. Initiate a return or an exchange here.
Note that as a courtesy, we offer one free return per order.
For a refund, return your unworn product in its original packaging, with the original receipt and packing list within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale or with any discount code (except the first time customer discount) will not be refunded however they will be exchanged. If your correct size or preferred style is unavailable, we will issue you a credit toward your next purchase. If you have any questions or want to check stock before you buy, please email us.
Where's My Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take several business days to process. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you still don't see your refund post, contact your bank and email us for further assistance.
