Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We ship three times per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday. You will receive an email once your order is shipped, with a tracking number. All orders originate out of San Francisco.
We are sorry but we have temporarily suspended international shipping and will only be shipping to customers within the United States.
We want to make sure your garment fits and that you are satisfied. We will gladly replace ill fitting, defective or damaged items. To exchange your item, please email your request to email@example.com, include your order number and your requested size or color exchange.
To return your item, email firstname.lastname@example.org at which time we will issue you a return label.
For a refund, return your unworn product in its original packaging, with the original receipt and packing list within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased on sale will not be refunded however they will be exchanged. If your correct size or preferred style is unavailable, we will issue you a credit toward your next purchase. If you have any questions or want to check stock before you buy, please email us at email@example.com
Where's My Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take several business days to process. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you still don't see your refund post, contact your bank and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We process orders, exchanges and refunds every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not process orders, exchanges or refunds on the weekends. We reserve weekends for riding our bikes, long distances.
