I’m not going to use the glider to write down what day I have my nails and other nonsense – for this, it’s enough just to put reminders on my phone.
Use the glider for larger tasks and tasks that will lead to your dreams.
I suggest writing 2-3 targets per day. If one of the important goals is “to know English well” – you should do it constantly, at least 3 times a week.
But at the same time, do not set a goal for the day in the form of an abstract “learn the language”. Nothing good will come of this, it may not even reach the action itself, since it is not clear what exactly needs to be done. Let it be a very specific task, for example: “Do 4 exercises in English from a textbook” or “read the book for at least 25 minutes.”
Another option for using a monthly planner is as a content plan if you have your own blog or YouTube channel. Think of many topics for publications at once and write them down numerically.
I already talked about it in the article about services for bloggers. But lately, I’ve been getting particular benefit from the repeating to-do feature. I created for myself separate folders for work, payments, appearance, household chores.
When creating a task, I specify “every day” or “every Monday”, for example. And Todoist recognizes Russian and sets tasks for the desired days. A trifle, but very convenient.
